GERALD TRACY ALEXANDER

Dr. Gerald T. Alexander was born in Rockford, Illinois on November 28, 1926. He received his medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1965. He interned at Memorial Hospital, Long Beach, California, 1965-66. He was a psychiatry resident at The Queen’s Medical Center, Honolulu, 1966-69. He was a full-time psychiatrist at The Queen’s Medical Center until 1979 when he moved to Cloverdale, Oregon. He apparently returned to Honolulu in 1982. He eventually went back to California and died on November 26, 1994. His last residence is listed as San Diego, California.
