Emergency Medical Services, City & County of Honolulu - Provides a pictorial history, as well as a detailed history, of City & County's emergency medical services and programs.
Hawaii Medical Service Association (HMSA) - Describes the history of Hawaii's largest provider of health care coverage from its beginnings in 1938.
Hilo Medical Center (HMC) - Offers a brief history of the largest facility within the Hawaii Health System Corporation, from its establishment in 1897 with 10 beds, to the present facility of 164-acute licensed beds.
Honolulu Shriners Hospital - Provides information on the development of Shriners Hospitals . The Honolulu Shriners Hospital was the second Shriners Hospital for Children to open its doors. The first Shriners Hospital opened in 1922 in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children - Contains a brief statement on the mission and heritage of Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children.
Kuakini Health System - Includes a look at Kuakini's past and a list of Kuakini's administrators.
Leahi Hospital - Describes the history of Leahi Hospital, including its establishment in 1900 as the "Honolulu Home for the Incurables."
Malulani Hospital - Malulani Hospital (Protection of Heaven) was built in 1884. Queen Kapiolani, who commissioned this Wailuku hospital also requested Franciscan nuns to run the facility. When a new facility was built in the 1950's, Malulani became Central Maui Memorial Hospital, now known as Maui Memorial Medical Center.
Queen's Medical Center - Contains, in addition to the Medical Center's history, biographies of the founders, a timeline noting important dates, and information on campus buildings and trees.
St. Francis Healthcare System - Presents a timeline of firsts and milestones in the history of Hawaii's St. Francis Healthcare System.
Straub Clinic & Hospital and Straub Clinic & Hospital, Inc. Arnold Library - Contains information on the history of Straub and on the creation and naming of its library.
